Contact Us
We are reachable by email, and only by email. It is the one channel the whole team reads, and it keeps every question in one tidy place.
The address
Write to mail@greaterknoxville-shoneys.com. The form on this page is a shortcut: it opens your own email program with your message filled in. It stays a draft until you send it yourself. We have no phone line, no office open to visitors and no chat window.
Good reasons to write
- A correction. A step that did not match your equipment, a missing safety note or a fact that has changed. Those jump ahead of everything else in the inbox.
- A question about a guide. If something in an article like boosting your Wi-Fi signal was unclear, tell us which part.
- A topic request. A household job, gadget question or hobby you would like covered.
- A site problem. A broken link, a page that does not display properly or an accessibility issue.
A tidy message gets a faster answer
- Paste the link to the article you mean.
- Quote the line or step in question.
- Add the make and model of the device or fixture, if it is relevant.
- Say in one sentence what you were trying to do.
Please leave out passwords, account numbers and other sensitive details. We never need them.
What we cannot help with
We are writers, not a repair service. We cannot diagnose a fault from a description, log into your router, deal with your internet provider or arrange a tradesperson. For product faults, the manufacturer's support line is the right contact; for anything involving gas, mains wiring or structural work, please call a qualified professional.
How we handle the products and businesses our articles mention is set out on Recommendation Rules.
When to expect a reply
We read every message, usually within a few working days. Corrections are handled first. Not every topic request becomes an article, but every one is noted on the list we plan from.
What happens to your email afterwards is described in the Privacy Notice. In short: we use it to reply, and we do not share it.
Worth a glance first
Questions people ask us first
Short answers to the messages that turn up most.
Can you troubleshoot my router or TV?
Not directly. We can only write general guides, so for a specific fault the maker's support line or your internet provider will get you further.
Will you review my product?
We cannot promise a review. If a product fits a guide we are writing it may come up, and readers should weigh it against the alternatives like anything else we name.
A step in a guide did not match my model. Is that useful to you?
Very. Send the article link, the step and your model number, and we will check whether the guide needs a note.
Is there a usual turnaround for replies?
A few working days for most messages. Correction reports are looked at first.
